This policy explains how BloomyCraft Labs Ltd ("we", "us") handles information in the Taxi Kid mobile application (the "App"). Taxi Kid is a driving game made for children aged roughly five to eight, and it is built to need as little information as a game can.
The App saves one record on the device: levels completed and the stars earned on them, coins, which cars are unlocked, which car is selected, and whether sound is on. It is kept in the App's own storage on the device. We do not receive it, it is not backed up to us, and deleting the App removes it.
None. We operate no servers for this App and receive no information from it. There is no account system, no contact form inside the App, no crash reporting and no analytics of any kind.
Taxi Kid is free and includes optional adverts supplied by Google AdMob. They appear in one place only — the results screen after a level, as an offer to watch a video to open a bonus chest. The child, or the adult with them, chooses whether to watch. There are no banners, no adverts during play, and no advert that cannot be dismissed.
Because the audience is children, every advert request is marked:
The App does not ask for permission to track, and does not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, because it does not track. To serve and measure a non-personalised advert and to guard against fraud, Google's advertising SDK may still process limited technical information such as approximate (city-level) location derived from the network, device and performance data, and whether an advert was shown. That processing is Google's, under Google's Privacy Policy.
The App does not use an advertising ID. On Android it does not hold the permission that would let it read one — the permission is removed from the app before it is built — so the advertising ID is not available to the App or to the advertising SDK inside it. On iOS the App never presents the tracking prompt, which is what an app must do before it may read the equivalent identifier there.
Where the law requires it — in the EEA and the UK — Google's consent flow is shown before any advert is requested. If consent is refused or cannot be established, no advert is requested and the game simply does not offer the button.
Taxi Kid is made for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child, or from anyone else, because the App collects none. We handle data consistently with applicable law, which may include the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU and UK GDPR, including their rules on the age of consent.
If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.
The App requests no device permissions. It does not use the camera, the microphone, the photo library, contacts, precise location, or the file system outside its own storage.
We transfer nothing, because we receive nothing. Any processing by Google in connection with adverts may involve transfers outside your country and is governed by Google's own policy and safeguards.
If the App changes in a way that affects this policy — analytics, a purchase, an online feature — we will update this page and change the date at the top before that version is released.
